PostNet Australia Pty Ltd was incorporated on 15 May 2007 and acquired the exclusive rights to franchise PostNet business for Australia market.

The Franchisor appointed Robin Lau to responsible for the day-to-day management of the business. This includes recruitment and development, merchandising and products development, site selection and layout, finance and management, and overseeing various aspects of PostNet franchised business.

Robin Lau has held senior management roles for over 30 years and has work experiences in international sales and marketing, operations and manufacturing, business and products development; fund raising and financial management. In recognition of his business achievements, Robin was awarded the Entrepreneurship Excellence Award in July 1993 and the US-ASIAN Management Award in March 1995. Robin Lau was appointed as the Honorary Consul General, Republic of Lithuania from April 2000 to April 2003 to develop trade and investment, training, technology transfer and business ventures.

PostNet centres offer Digital Services such as graphic design, computer time rentals, scanning services and have the ability to receive and output files in a variety of formats. They also offer Copying & Printing Services including digital black and white and colour copies, complete business printing services, document finishing services and much more. PostNet’s Packing & Shipping Services include AaE, DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS and other Postal Services providing freedom of choice and a wide range of service options including custom packaging and supplies. (Overnight air express and ground shipping – Domestic and International.) And, to add even more convenience, PostNet offers a host of Business and Additional Services including private mailbox rentals, passport photos, facsimile services, signs and banners and office products & supplies.

PostNet International Franchise Corporation, founders Steven Greenbaum and Brian Spindel launched the PostNet franchise program in the United States of America in July 1993.

In February 2003, Steven Greenbaum was honoured with the International Franchise Association's (IFA) coveted Entrepreneur of the Year Award in San Antonio, Texas. USA. Steven was recognized for demonstrating innovative management skills and for exemplifying the entrepreneurial spirit.
