Steven J. Greenbaum, CFE

Steven J. Greenbaum has served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director since he co-founded PostNet International Franchise Corporation in 1992. Steve is an accomplished retail professional and entrepreneur with over 20 years’ experience in the postal and business services industry and is directly responsible for the strategic management and direction of the Company.

Steve is a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) and was honored with the International Franchise Association’s (IFA) Entrepreneur of The Year Award in 2003 and the Gary Rockwell Award for Excellence in Franchise Development in 2004. In addition to chairing IFA’s Political Action and Convention Committee’s, Steve is the immediate past Chairman of IFA’s Educational Foundation and will serve as the associations Chairman in 2008.

Brian Spindel, CFE

Brian Spindel has served in the capacity of Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Director since he co-founded PostNet International Franchise Corporation in 1992. Brian’s 20 plus years of experience managing and performing various operational roles in the company including Systems Coordination, Marketing, Franchise Development and Training make him one of the most qualified people in his role today.

Brian is directly responsible for the development and operation of PostNet franchised locations worldwide and holds the designation of Certified Franchise Executive (CFE). He is also a frequent speaker at franchise industry events, chairs the IFA’s Technology Committee and serves on the IFA Educational Foundation’s Board of Trustees.
