Our Technology
To use an old analogy, PostNet’s technology initiatives can be compared to the three legs of a stool. Each has its own individual role and value to our organization but together they create the stability and foundation for everything we do.
First, our industry-leading, store-level technology enables us to competitively and effectively process sales, estimate project costs and provide customers with a variety of options when it comes to service delivery.
Secondly, online technology allows us to receive and manage information; deliver training, information and business building tools to our franchisees; and, most importantly, provide invaluable communication tools to our organization for peer- to-peer feedback and support.
The third leg of our technology stool is a comprehensive headquarters management system that enables us to effectively manage our franchise organization while providing feedback to our franchisees about their businesses that can be used for benchmarking, planning and goal setting.
